A young woman collapsed and died after using mouthwash at her dentist.
It is believed Sacha Rumaner, 30, suffered a severe allergic reaction while undergoing the routine tooth-cleaning treatment.
Yesterday NHS Brighton and Hove confirmed it had launched an investigation into the death which took place at the Morley Street Family Dental Clinic.
