A property mogul is offloading one of his £6 million sites to concentrate on other projects.
Mike Holland has put the former Abbey Hotel, in Norfolk Terrace, Brighton, on the market after a decade of ownership.
Mr Holland, who also owns The Astoria and Stanmer House, is giving up the six Regency properties to focus on developing other projects.
These include The Engineerium in Hove which is still stalled by ongoing planning wrangles.
The Abbey, which runs from 14 to 19 Norfolk Terrace, has been converted into a series of flats and bedsits, and is thought to generate £650,000 a year.
