The organisers of the Brighton Marathon have created a summer race event.
Grounded Events is pressing ahead with a new summer race event in Stanmer Park on Sunday June 26.
The new event is sponsored by Saucony and Northern Flags and is aimed at all levels of runner.
It comprises a run over 8km, a series of children's races and a family run over 1km. Two separate elite races over five miles are also part of the event programme.
An early bird discounted entry of £10 for adult and £5 for children is available for those registering by April 30.
