I AM a student from Germany and would like to make a comment on roads in Brighton and Hove.
We have much colder winters in Germany, but never have I seen road surfaces as full of potholes like the ones in Brighton and Hove.
The worst affected road must be the one from Blatchington Road to Hove Station.
Where is all the money from car tax and council rates going? Towards high wages for state officials?
