THERE’S mess everywhere, but the trouble is no one has any pride and self-respect any more.

And if you so much as try to say “can you pick up that doggy poo?” you face verbal abuse and damage to your property, or even a beating.

Laws should be stronger, and people should be fined.

These days, we have meetings, write letters,make reports, and yet still nothing gets done.

In our block, people even throw black bags of rubbish out of the window because they cannot be bothered to put their rubbish into the enclosed areas where seagulls cannot trash the place even further.

Thankfully, we have a good caretaker and he is always cleaning up mess of one kind or another.
