A motorcyclist was seriously hurt in a crash near Hailsham.
The 31-year-old, from Hailsham, was riding a silver Triumph Daytona which collided with a Toyota Hilux on the A22 at East Hoathly at about 9.25pm on Sunday.
He was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital with serious leg injuries.
The Toyota driver, a 30-year-old man from Eastbourne, was described as shocked but uninjured.
The road was closed until 1.30am.
Anyone who saw what happened or saw the motorcycle before the crash is asked to call Sussex Police on 0845 6070999, quoting Operation Newfield.
