A 40-year-old man has suffered “life-changing injuries” after he became trapped in machinery.
The man from Hastings has been taken to the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, by Kent air ambulance following an incident this morning.
He is said to be in a stable but critical condition.
Emergency services were called to Hole Farm, Westfield Lane, Westfield, Hastings, at around 8.45am today.
Sussex Police is now working with the Health and Safety Executive to investigate this matter.
