An 84-year-old woman died after falling from a flat window in Steyning.
Police and paramedics were called to High Street at 6.35am today.
The woman had fallen to the pavement outside Lloyds TSB.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "Police are investigating but the death is not currently believed to be suspicious."
