Despite the weather looking rather uncertain, the crowds turned out for Woodingdean's annual carnival last Saturday.
The Newhaven Marching Band led the Carnival Procession through the Village to the grounds of the Woodingdean Primary School in Warren Rd where the event was being held.
There was something for everybody including lots of stalls, a funfair and even karaoke.
