A man has been charged with three driving offences after a Porsche crash left a 25-year-old man with serious injuries.
Anthony Davis, 48, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle when alcohol above limit, driving a motor vehicle dangerously and driving a mechanically propelled vehicle without due care and attention following the collision on April 23.
The crash took place on the B2191 Eastbourne Road, Pevensey.
Davis, of Rattle Road, Westham, near Pevensey, has been bailed to appear at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court on July 15.
Police were called to the collision at around 5.20pm after a black Porsche Carrera car travelling southwest left Eastbourne Road and landed in a field.
The passenger in the car was taken to the Royal London Hospital with serious injuries. He is now recovering at home.
