WHAT is it with irresponsible dog owners?

Not only is the grass besides the children’s playground in Chatsworth Park, in Peacehaven, littered with dog mess, there are many dogs running around off leads.

This means their owners aren’t watching what they are doing.

Quite a large dog ran up to my small grandchild and sniffed her. Luckily my husband got between them but the owner was half a mile away.

It’s not the dogs, but the owners who need locking up.
