A man has died after being struck by a train.
The man, 37, was killed instantly after being hit at about 8.35pm by the 8.15pm Littlehampton to Victoria train close to Goring station.
He was from Littlehampton.
A British Transport Police spokesman said the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
He added: “He appears to have walked in front of the train near the foot crossing close to Goring train station.”
