A road was closed for more than three hours after a car crashed at high speed.
Sussex Police were called to the scene at just before 5.30am on Sunday to reports of a single vehicle accident at the A27 Stockbridge roundabout near Chichester.
Paramedics were also at the scene although a police spokesman said it wasn’t clear whether the driver was treated at the scene or taken to hospital.
The road was reopened at around 8.15am.
