A judge will decide next week whether a millionaire mum succeeds in her legal claim against her daughter over their £3 million house.
After a three-day hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice Diana Lindsay, 85, from Hove, must now wait until Tuesday to find out if her action against daughter, Beverley, has succeeded.
Mrs Lindsay senior is trying to win back her 93% stake in the Chelsea home her daughter lives in because she does not trust her son-in-law, Michael Palmer.
