A cyclist is fighting for his life after being hit by a milk float.
The man suffered serious head injuries after the collision in Madeira Drive, Brighton, at about 8.20am today.
He is currently being treated at Hurstwood Park brain injuries unit at Haywards Health with “life threatening injuries”.
A 22-year-old man, who was driving the milk float, has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
The road with the junction of Dukes Mound is still closed.
