Detectives are appealing for information after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted.
The incident happened in the early hours of the morning after a night out at a Crawley nightclub.
The 18-year-old victim had left Liquid Envy in Station Way, Crawley, to walk to a house in the town where she was due to stay the night.
Her friend stopped to talk to a group outside the club so she decided to walk along Southgate Avenue alone. It was at this point that a man started walking with her.
The attack is believed to have happened at some point along this road between 3am and 6am.
The alleged assault happened on Friday, August 11.
