A car stolen during a burglary was later involved in a hit and run collision.
Police were called to Lloyd Goring Close in Angmering at 9am on Thursday (October 6) after reports of a burglary.
It emerged that a blue Ford Fiesta had been stolen and had been reported to have collided with a stationary vehicle in School Hill, Findon, at 7.35am. It was later found abandoned in Downview Road, Findon.
A bicycle and a handbag stolen in the burglary were recovered near to the house.
