The trial of a Brighton medical student and two men accused of killing a television executive whose body was found in the boot of a burnt-out car will begin tomorrow.
Twelve jurors were sworn in this morning before being sent home.
The case at the Old Bailey, London, will be opened by prosecutor Aftab Jafferjee, QC.
Gagandip Singh, 21, was discovered after police came across a blue Mercedes on fire in Blackheath, in February.
Mr Singh, owner of a new broadcasting service called Sikh TV, is alleged to have been attacked earlier at a flat in Brighton.
Harinder Shoker, of Charlton Park Lane, Greenwich, and Darren Peters, of Shooters Hill Road, Blackheath, both south east London, and Brighton university student Mundill Mahil, of Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, all 20, deny murder.
