The identity of a motorcyclist killed when his bike left the road has been released.
Lea Deal, 40, of Station Road, Northiam, died at the scene of the accident on the A268 between Rye and Peasmarsh on Sunday, October 8.
Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, especially the driver of a red people carrier which Mr Deal is believed to have overtaken shortly before he lost control of his motorcycle.
Insp Mark Armstrong, investigating, said: "This is a tragic crash that has claimed the life of yet another motorcyclist in Sussex. We are trying to establish if Mr Deal was riding alone or if he had been separated from other motorcyclists that he may have met up with during the day."
Anyone with information should contact Sussex Police on 0845 6070999 quoting Operation Timon.
