A 52-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder.
Rudy Schollaerts, 52, is accused of attacking a 45-year-old woman at his home in Bankside, Wadhurst.
Schollaerts will appear before Brighton Magistrate’s Court tomorrow charged with attempted murder and committing wounding with intent on the woman.
He has also been accused of actual bodily harm against a 25-year-old man.
Both victims received cuts to their hands in the attack on Tuesday.
All three people are known to each other.
