The inquest into the death of a TV fitness trainer found at the foot of Beachy Head will start today (June 21).
Angie Dowds, 42, had appeared on ITV’s slimming challenge show The Biggest Loser since 2005.
In November last year she was found at the foot of the notorious suicide spot Beachy Head, near Eastbourne.
The Canadian born trainer came to the England when she was four before moving to Wales and finally to London.
According to reports, she had contended with drink and drug problems and is believed to have parted from her lesbian partner.
The Biggest Loser host, Davina McCall, took to Twitter to pay tribute soon after her death.
She said: “Rest in peace Angie Dowds. So so sad.”
Her inquest will be heard at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court.
