A second set of squatters have been evicted from a city centre street.
The group has left Hippodrome House in Middle Street, Brighton.
Another squat in the street was cleared last month after complaints from neighbours about all-night parties there.
Sussex Police officers said they found evidence beer was on sale, including a sign advertising Special Brew for £2.
