An acclaimed graffiti artist has returned to Brighton to transform the exterior of a new tattoo shop.
Leading graffiti artist Odisy has spent three days creating his first large scale artwork in the city for three years.
The artist was called back to the city he called home between 2002 and 2010 by the owners of Blue Dragon Tattoo, who are moving to new premises on the corner of Robert Street and North Road.
Odisy is best known for his work with fellow artist Aroe in creating the Run DMC mural in Kensington Street, Brighton, in 2008. Now the artist would like to see his most famous work replaced.
He said: “The thing with our work is that we like the ephemeral nature of it, it isn’t supposed to be around forever.
“We have both moved on stylistically from then. It would be good to make it all look fresh again.”
