It was so sad to read of the passing of Robert (Bob) Tyndall (The Argus, September 21).
Apart from his high profile as the artist who illustrated the Noddy books by Enid Blyton, he was a talented artist who travelled extensively, producing great paintings from different parts of the world.
A keen eco-gardener, his garden was a higgle-piggle of rainwater butts and compost bins, fruit trees and vegetable plots – a delight to wander through.
How he will be missed. My heartfelt condolences go to his family.
