I, and many others, don’t belong to the “If an animal or bird doesn’t fit in to our way of going on, then shoot it, poison it, cull it” brigade.

If you’re a believer and believe that creatures were created to balance nature for our enjoyment, then we have a bit of a cheek killing them off.

If you’re not a believer, then look at things this way – they were here on Earth before we were, so we are the interlopers, the so-called intelligent ones who can’t or won’t control our own breeding.

There is still food enough for all of us. Should we be taking it out on them and have we the right to destroy them before we are quite sure that they are to blame?
