A NEW hotel is planned for Lancing.

Architects Alter and Company are working on the development of the New Sussex Hotel at Lancing Business Park.

The developers said hope the hotel will help provide regeneration and infrastructure to the Greater Brighton Area.

Alter and Company director Grant Leith said: “I’m delighted to be working with the remit of marrying old with new design.

“New Sussex Hotel will deliver grandeur and quality of space, atmosphere and service. Our aim is to create a place of destination for local residents and businesses as well as our global visitors.”

The hotel will be located minutes away from Lancing Business Park, home to more than 260 companies.”
