THREE students from Sussex Downs College in Lewes have been awarded one of the four top prizes, as well as two highly commended awards, in the Royal Opera House Design Challenge 2018.

This represents the largest single award to any college in the competition.

Eden Hedges won Marketing Strategy and Design while Laurel Pearce scooped a highly commended award in the same category.

Felix Scott, 17, won highly commended for Set Design.

All three students are currently in their second year studying Art and Design.

The three Sussex Downs College students joined the other winners and highly commended award winners at the V&A Museum, London.
