Body of missing 86-year-old found on beach
A BODY believed to be that of a missing 86-years-old man has been found on a beach.
Officers recovered a body on the beach at Holywell, near Eastbourne while searching for Eric Coldridge.
While formal identification is yet to take place, it is believed to be the 86-year-old, who was reported missing in the area on Monday evening.

Extensive searches were carried out to find Eric, and these searches have now been stood down.
There are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner’s officer has been informed.
A spokesman from Sussex Police said: "There are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner’s officer has been informed."
