Matthew Upson has been handed his Albion debut at Sheffield Wednesday today.
The England defender, signed on loan from Stoke City on Thursday, replaces Gordon Greer, who has a hamstring injury.
Inigo Calderon, who switched to central defence for most of last week’s FA Cup tie against Arsenal, reverts to right-back.
Bruno is on the bench after recovering from tendonitis.
The former Valencia defender has missed eight of his side’s last nine matches.
Leo Ulloa makes his Championship debut up front for the Seagulls and will look for support from Andrea Orlandi, who replaces the injured Will Buckley.
Wednesday give a full debut to recent loan signing Leroy Lita.
The striker hired from Swansea City came off the bench to score the winner at Charlton last Saturday.
That come-from-behind 2-1 success extended Wednesday’s good recent run to seven points from three games.
However they have only won one of their last eight here at Hillsborough in league in FA Cup.
Albion are unbeaten in their last four away games, three of which have been draws.
