Albion coach Charlie Oatway says Liam Bridcutt has been missed - despite two wins without him.
Bridcutt returns from a two-match suspension for ten bookings at Bristol City tomorrow night.
The influential defensive midfielder was banned for home victories against Burnley and Huddersfield.
Oatway told The Argus: "He gives us so much, he has been magnificent since he's been here.
"We do miss him. At times it mucks about with the flow of our play, because he does that job so well.
"Dean Hammond has done a good job in there but Deano likes to go and attack the box, so we are holding him back.
"It's good to have Liam back. It's like having a new player back."
