Leo Ulloa scored one goal and made the other as Albion enjoyed a 2-0 home win over Burnley today.

The centre-forward robbed dithering centre-back Kevin Long to tee up the opener for Andrew Crofts on 28 minutes.

Ulloa rose to head a terrific second after nice interplay had sent Will Buckley down the right to cross 18 minutes from time.

The striker’s third goal in four games came against sub keeper Alex Cisak after first-choice Tom Heaton had been red-carded.

Heaton was fortunate not to see red just before half-time when he brought down the lively Buckley just outside the box.

Albion were outraged to see referee Darren Sheldrake show the yellow card instead.

But Heaton departed in the 56th minute after releasing the ball and then gathering it again when Buckley moved in.

Sheldrake showed him a second yellow for unsporting behaviour.

Burnley played some good stuff with 11 men but Albion were comfortable once Ulloa doubled their lead.
