Albion will open the Sami Hyypia era with two matches at the Amex in the space of three days.
It follows confirmation from the club that the Capital One Cup tie against Cheltenham Town will be played on Tuesday August 12 (7.45).
The Seagulls launch their Championship campaign under new boss Hyypia at home to Sheffield Wednesday on August 9.
Admission prices for the Cheltenham clash have been cut to £12 adults, £8 over 65's and £1 for under 18's accompanied by a grown-up.
Travel arrangements are excluded from the ticket prices.
Tickets and parking will not go on sale until July 10, as Albion are currently installing a new online ticketing system.
