Charlton have sacked Bob Peeters after Albion extended their winless run.
The Belgian head coach had his contract terminated this evening.
The Addicks have gone eight league games without a win after yesterday's 1-0 reverse to the Seagulls.
The contracts of two members of his off-field staff, Patrick Van Houdt and Guy Kiala, have also been terminated.
Charlton came within inches of going ahead through Chris Solly yesterday before Rohan Ince's header sent them to only their second home league defeat of the season.
