Striker Leon Best is recalled to the Albion starting line-up as they bid for a rare away victory at Millwall tonight.

Best has not started a game for the Seagulls since the 4-3 victory over Birmingham at the Amex six games ago.

The on-loan Blackburn forward replaces Joao Teixeira – who drops to the bench - as one of two changes to the side which drew 1-1 at home to Wolves on Saturday.

Boss Chris Hughton has opted for Greg Halford over Aaron Hughes to partner Gordon Greer in the heart of the defence in the absence of the suspended Lewis Dunk.

It looks like Best will partner Craig Mackail-Smith up front in a 4-4-2 formation as Albion bid for their first win on the road since January 10.

Millwall boss Neil Harris also makes two changes in his first home game since taking charge of the Lions following the departure of Ian Holloway.

Sid Nelson replaces the suspended Alan Dunne in the centre of defence while Martyn Woolford is preferred to Ed Upson on the left-hand side of midfield.

Millwall (4-4-2): Forde; Cummings, Nelson, Hooiveld, Harding; O’Brien, Abdou, Williams, Woolford; Taylor-Fletcher, Gregory. Subs: Archer, Beevers, Upson, Gueye, Fabbrini, Fuller, Maierhofer.

Albion (4-4-2): Stockdale; Bruno, Halford, Greer, Bennett; Calderon, Holla, Kayal, Stephens; Best, Mackail-Smith. Subs: Walton, Hughes, Ince, Teixeira, Ledesma, LuaLua, O'Grady.
