Albion have resisted unenforced changes as they name their line-up for their second versus top encounter.
Uwe Huenemeier replaces the suspended Lewis Dunk as the only alteration to the side which drew at QPR in midweek.
Bobby Zamora is again on the bench with Connor Goldson joining the subs.
Middlesbrough make three changes to the side which beat Burnley 1-0 on Tuesday.
Grant Leadbitter (pictured), Albert Adomah and Cristhian Stuani were all rested for that one but come back today.
