Chris Hughton has spoken of his delight at keeping Bruno for next season.
The right-back has wasted no time agreeing a new one-year contract, taking him into a fifth season with the club.
Hughton said: "We are delighted Bruno has agreed a new deal. He has been exceptional this season and a key player in the team.
"Albion fans know all about his ability and professionalism, and I'm delighted to have agreed everything so swiftly."
Bruno was ever-present in 48 Championship and play-off games and was named in both the Football Manager team of the season and the PFA Championship team of the season.
Albion have revealed he polled 36% of the votes for their player of the season award. Beram Kayal received 41%.
The highly-respected Catalan could now become a strong contender for the club captaincy role after Gordon Greer was released.
