Anthony Knockaert is not surprised Albion have reacted to two defeats with two wins to get their automatic promotion challenge back on track.
The French winger scored the opening goals against Rotherham and Derby after the Seagulls had been beaten by Newcastle and Nottingham Forest.
Knockaert told The Argus: "It's just what we are about. Those two games that we lost hurt us, especially the Newcastle one, because I think we deserved to win that game and we conceded two goals in the last few minutes.
"It was important to respond positively. We couldn't against Forest, it was a tough game.
"But we were just thinking to keep going and win as soon as possible.
"We had a good team performance against Rotherham. The condition of the pitch wasn't easy, but it was all about the three points and now, at home, we know what we are capable of.
"When I'm losing a game I'm fuming. We want to react quickly and put things right again. It's good to have this desire to win every game and it helps us for the promotion race."
