Albion are able to kick-off against Newcastle tomorrow still outside the Premier League's bottom three - thanks to Harry Kane.
The Spurs and England striker scored twice in the first half in a 3-2 win for Spurs against West Ham at the London Stadium.
The Hammers, Crystal Palace and Everton or Bournemouth, who play each other at 3pm, will be below the Seagulls when they host Newcastle at the Amex (4pm).
Albion's aim is to stay up and remaining outside of the bottom three is significant psychologically, even so early in the season.
