Albion have been warned to be on guard from the off today – by their opposing boss.
Swansea manager Paul Clement reckons his side need a very early spark in the game he has targeted for a home win.
And that could come in the first few seconds.
Clement said: “A duel, a strong tackle, a forward pass, winning a header - whatever that may be we need a little catalyst early on in the game.
“We did that against Huddersfield. They kicked off, passed back and we were after it straight away. That’s the kind of start we are going to need.”
Swansea recorded their only home points to date when they beat promoted Huddersfield 2-0.
Clement reckons they will be going up against an under-rated manager in Chris Hughton.
The two men were on the Republic of Ireland coaching staff at the same time.
Clement said: “He got Newcastle and Brighton promoted. If you can do that, you’re good.
“He’s a good coach, you can see by the way his team plays.
“They’ve got a good spirit among them, are well-organised and play in a certain way. He has got his stamp on the team.”
