Albion have less quality up front than Crystal Palace.
At least that is the opinion of Stoke manager Mark Hughes ahead of next Tuesday's clash between the bitter rivals at the Amex.
Hughes takes his Stoke side to Selhurst Park on Saturday after Monday's 2-2 draw against Albion at the Amex.
Fit-again Christian Benteke is hoping to return to Palace's starting line-up alongside Andros Townsend, Wilfried Zaha and Yohan Cabaye.
Hughes, speaking to Stoke's official website, said: "We're reasonably pleased with the performance (against Albion) but obviously we thought we did more than enough to win the game.
"Our goals conceded came from mistakes at some point. We made a couple of consecutive errors, which is when you're more likely to concede. Apart from that they created very little.
"We know the test, Palace are a different type of team to Brighton. They've probably got a little bit more quality at the top end of the pitch."
