Albion's run of midweek fixtures is temporarily halted - but the under-23s and under-18s face a busy few days.
Simon Rusk takes his under-23s to Exeter tonight in the Premier League Cup (7pm).
The Seagulls are second in their group after thrashing Sunderland, then losing to Hull.
Exeter have collected the same number of points with reverse results against the same opponents.
On Friday the under-23s travel to Fulham for a League game (7pm).
It is a big night for the under-18s on Thursday against Newcastle in the FA Youth Cup (6pm).
Republic of Ireland striker prospect Aaaron Connolly scored his first hat-trick for Albion in a 4-2 victory for the under-18s at home to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
