Albion will play in the first game at Tottenham's new White Hart Lane.
The under-23s' Premier League 2 fixture away to Spurs on August 27 (2pm) has been selected as the first Test Event by the North London giants as part of the process of achieving a safety certificate.
Spurs are scheduled to move into the new ground in September, after a one-off return to Wembley and a run of away games in the Premier League.
The fixture forms part of an eyecatching start for Simon Rusk's promoted under-23s.
They open the campaign by welcoming Liverpool to the Lancing training complex on August 10 (7pm), the night before the senior side kick-off at Watford.
Next up is a trip to the Emirates on August 20 (7pm) to face Tottenham's big rivals Arsenal and the opening month ends against Manchester City at Crawley FC (7pm).
