Sussex stepped up their promotion push with a last-session win over Derbyshire.
They completed their fourth successive victory in the Championship – and five in the last six matches - by a margin of 243 runs at Hove.
Jofra Archer took the final wicket as tailender Lockie Ferguson played on.
Derbyshire were set 405 to win after Ben Brown, in the first innings, and Phil Salt, in the second, scored centuries.
They were batting with ten due to the absence of Ravi Rampaul and saw top scorer Ben Slater (40) retire hurt just before lunch.
The fact he was suffering from concussion allowed debutant Anuj Dal to bat as a substitute and he survived for 90 balls before being eighth man out to Danny Briggs, straight after tea, for a dogged 25 of his team's 161 all out. Briggs finished the innings with 3-41.
Sussex set out tonight for the North East – via an overnight stop in the East Midlands – as they prepare to face Durham in the Vitality Blast quarter-finals on Friday (6.30pm).
