Chris Jordan has backed Sussex to stay calm on the big occasion.

Sharks are at Durham tonight (6.30pm) in the last eight of the Vitality Blast.

England international Jordan said: “There’s a lot experience in our changing room.

“When you get on a roll in Twenty20 cricket, everything becomes second nature.

“When we beat Middlesex to get through we stayed calm and thought about what we needed to do at that moment.

“Long may this confidence continue.”

Sussex select from an unchanged 14 while England have told Durham they can play Ben Stokes (knee) as a specialist batsman.
