Mathew Ryan has urged Albion to up their game, despite a battling away point.
The Seagulls goalkeeper was disappointed with much of his side’s display in a 2-2 draw at Southampton.
He told The Argus: “I’m a perfectionist. I know what we are capable of and I know when we fall short of that.
“I just think we are not sustaining those standards and the benchmark that we have set throughout the full 90 minutes.
"We haven't been clinical in certain moment of the game both defensively and offensively.
"I hate not winning. When we win, then you’ll see me with a spring in my step.”
Ryan kept the point intact with a late stop from a Ryan Bertrand free-kick.
He said: "I think they only had two shots on target (in open play).
"Duffers blocked one in the first half and then there were the two goals they scored.
"The free-kick was a dangerous position and luckily I was able to do my part for the team."
