Albion midfielder Richie Towell has been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad for the first time.
Towell, on loan to Rotherham for the season, joins Seagulls and country regular Shane Duffy in the squad selected by Martin O'Neill for Nations League matches against Denmark and Wales.
Towell scored for Rotherham in their 2-2 draw at home to Stoke in the Championship last Saturday.
His return to the Millers - who he helped to promotion on loan last season - carries him through to the end of his contract with the Seagulls.
O'Neill has left out Declan Rice, who Duffy will be up against when West Ham visit the Amex tomorrow night (8pm).
The 19-year-old is considering whether to commit to Ireland or England.
O'Neill said: "I've spoken to Declan and the family. They want a little bit more time to make his mind up. He hasn't made a decision yet. I am hopeful."
