Mathew Ryan will be up against his old boss at the Amex tomorrow.
And he won’t be the only one as Albion face Wolves.
The Seagulls goalkeeper was signed by Valencia in the summer of 2015 when Nuno Espirito Santo, currently enjoying success at Molineux, was in charge.
Ryan signed a six-year deal but only worked with former Vitoria de Guimaraes and FC Porto goalkeeper Nuno for six months at Mestalla.
Nuno stepped down after his nine-man Valencia lost 1-0 at Sevilla the following November, a game for which he had recalled Ryan between the posts.
Wolves defender Ryan Bennett will also be up against his former manager.
He played under the orders of current Albion boss Chris Hughton at Norwich City.
