Albion winger Jose Izquierdo is on a potential collision course with Colombian World Cup team-mate Yerry Mina.
Former Barcelona central defender Mina has been touted for a possible debut for Everton against the Seagulls at Goodison Park on Saturday.
Everton's following game is against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
On-loan Kurt Zouma cannot play against his parent club, so manager Marcos Silva may be tempted to ease Mina in against Albion.
Silva is expected to make changes after Everton's first defeat in four matches against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Full-backs Jonjoe Kenny and Leighton Baines, midfielders Tom Davies and Morgan Schneiderlin, winger Ademola Lookman and strikers Cenk Tosun and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all provide Silva with options in his powerful squad.
