Beram Kayal is keeping an eye on the Premier League table - but only to check on Albion.

The Seagulls are 11th with an incentive to leapfrog Saturday’s hosts Everton in ninth if they pull off a fourth straight win at Goodison Park.

In-form Kayal, asked if he looks at the table, said: “Of course, but at the end of the day we’re looking out for ourselves.

“It’s too early to look at other teams but we keep pushing. Three wins in a row is massive for us as a club.

“We need to progress in other parts of our game but it is great to do it after three wins. It’s perfect.”

Kayal will make his fifth start in succession in the engine room at Goodison Park alongside Dale Stephens, with Davy Propper sidelined by ankle damage.

The Israeli international has impressed after injuries to first Stephens, then Propper.

Glenn Murray makes the 350th league start of his career on Merseyside following his 100th Albion goal in the 1-0 win over Wolves.

Kayal said: “It’s not just about his goals for us.

“People will want to talk about his 100 goals for the club but his link-up play, physicality for the team and running for the team is amazing.

“Well done for him, he’s a legend to get 100 goals, but we need him to stop here for the next 100!”
