Albion boss Chris Hughton has been nominated for the Premier League manager of the month award for October.
The Seagulls were the only side with a 100 per cent record via a hat-trick of clean sheet wins over West Ham, Newcastle and Wolves.
Hughton faces competition for the Barclays-sponsored prize from Pep Guardiola (Manchester City), Maurizio Sarri (Chelsea) and Eddie Howe (Bournemouth).
A Premier League panel, including the likes of Jamie Carragher, Rio Ferdinand and Mark Schwarzer, comprise 90 per cent of the vote.
The other ten per cent is from a public poll. Votes close on November 5 at 11.59pm and the winner will be announced at midday on November 9.
